City of Melnibone is a persistent world server in existence since early 2003. The server has low magic, hard-fought battles, awards for good roleplay and it uses the Hardcore Ruleset. The emphasis is on partying and the experience point rate is better in a party of two than solo. This module will also challenge the best character builds.
The setting is based on the books about Elric of Melnibone, written by Micheal Moorcock. The city is the capital of on an island of the same name and is where King Elric's royal palace is located.
