 I am new to persistent worlds, as I just got satellite internet. I have, however, played all of the NWN ocs offline. I still love them. Years ago, my friend's brother gave me all of his old pc games when I got my first computer. Been hooked ever since. I found like three pws that it would let me play, but many say I need haks and ceps. Where can I find information on how to get this stuff? Preferably, explained like you would to a five year old, because I am very dumb with computers.

Could there be a place to get/buy all of these things in one place? It seems these pw all require different files.

The Neverwinter Vault is the best place for haks, overrides, add-ons and modules. nwvault.ign.com/CEP 2.3 /CEP 2.4 (Needed to enter many persistent worlds) nwvault.ign.com/View.php?view=Hakpaks.Detail&id=7849Place the archive file in the same folder as the game and extract there. Files automatically go to the correct folders. *** Warning! It's a huge file and will take ages to download! *** Animation FIX for HotU (Reduces crashes) nwvault.ign.com/View.php?view=Hakpaks.Detail&id=251Extract the files and place all files in the override folder, but delete the whirlwind attack animation. It's not needed. The default animation is fine. Most of the other haks you might need are on there too. Use the search facility on the site to find them. |
